Room was spacious, ventilated with the all basic amenities, bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable also very near to tajmahal, staff was friendly and helpful one guy helped me to carry my luggage to the parking because due to shilpgram Mela all autos were restricted to enter there. As a solo traveller I felt safe there must go there. hotel location is also easily accessible.
The hotel staff was absolutely fantastic, providing outstanding service. However, the check-in experience was slightly disappointing. The room, on the other hand, was comfortable and well-maintained. But washrooms can be improved. There is some issue with Tap n Shower. Geyser was not working. Overall, a great stay. Value for the money.
