My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel instantly welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and elegance of the lobby. Upon entering my room, I was struck by the modern design and attention to detail. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the view from the window was simply stunning. Throughout my stay, the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any requests I had, they were always friendly and professional. Veer very bad, first of all, as soon as i reached the hotel, they denied to give me the room for which i had booked in advance with full payment made in advance. I tried to all make my trip customer care but, there was no proper response. After repeated requests, they give me a room. The room was not up to the mark. Service was very bad. They denied breakfast as my booking with breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
