The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Overall, a fantastic stay! 5 stars all the way!
I stayed at Balaji Residency for a day and had a good experience. The staff were polite and courteous throughout my stay. I had accidentally lost one of my belongings, and the staff was very helpful in locating and returning it to me. Really appreciate their honesty and support. Would definitely recommend this place!
