I had booked a townhouse through OYO, but when I arrived at the property, the receptionist asked me to pay extra for a bar service that I had not included in my booking. They added this charge on their own. I contacted OYO customer service, but the response was delayed and unhelpful. After waiting for a long time, I finally received a solution to upgrade my room, but it was at a different location. When I reached that property, they again asked me to pay extra charges.Due to all this inconvenience, I faced a lot of trouble and could not proceed with my booking. Please review your policies, improve customer support, and ensure your listed properties handle their guests properly.
My stay at this OYO hotel was okay overall, considering the price I paid. The room was decent and suitable for a short stay. Basic amenities were available, and the bed was comfortable enough. Cleanliness was average—could be improved in some areas, but nothing too bad. Staff behavior was fine and check-in was smooth. Don’t expect luxury or premium services, but for a budget stay, it does the job. If you’re looking for an affordable option for one or two nights, this hotel is okay at this price range.
