Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.
My one-day stay at the Genuine 4.2 was pleasant overall. The hotel's modern decor and comfortable amenities provided a welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy bed ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, promptly addressing any queries or requests. The hotel's location was convenient, situated near several attractions and dining options. However, I did encounter some minor issues, such as slow Wi-Fi connectivity and limited parking availability. Additionally, while the breakfast offered a decent selection, the quality could have been improved. Despite these minor drawbacks, my experience at Genuine 4.2 was generally positive, and I would consider staying there again for future trips.
