I recently stayed at your property and had a mixed experience. The room had a pleasant smell, which created a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. Cleanliness was satisfactory overall, though I would rate it around 75 percent, as certain areas could have been maintained better. However, the most disappointing aspect was the food quality, which was very poor and did not meet expectations at all. Improving the food service would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on these areas to provide a better stay for future guests.
