The hotel's location is simply superb, check-in experience was smooth and efficient. it is close to the airport and served the purpose of getting good rest for the additional wait time I had for my flight. There were issues with water and electricity but the staff was helpful and reacted quickly to sort things out or provide alternatives. Abhay was very helpful and prompt in responding to issues and getting them resolved.
I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.
