The check-in experience at this hotel was disappointing, only deserving a 2-star rating. However, the staff managed to make our stay better with their helpfulness and professionalism, earning a decent 3-star rating. The amenities, unfortunately, did not meet our expectations and could use improvement, hence the 2-star rating.
The hotel had average amenities, cleanliness and check-in experience. However, there is room for improvement in all these aspects. It was a satisfactory stay overall.
