The location of this hotel is excellent like in the heart of city. The Famous food variety 'chappan dukan' is beside the hotel. The dining area is awesome. Food is also awesome. It was worth of including the breakfast in room. Enjoyed the food. Room service also very good. Little bit fade up because of linen, washroom and space of room. I opted for 3 adults and hotel confirmed it but they provided only two beds room. They provided extra bed but full space of room covered by third bed. Also linen was torned. Walls of washroom were not hygienic. All in all mixed reaction.
Don't go and bad reviews as I also read them and was skeptical of booking the hotel Rooms are okay , they do need to do maintenance..do not expect extremely luxurious room. Pros > location , it is centre of Indore Food , very close to chappal dukaan Clean and comfortable stay Staff is supportive and responds to. the request very fast Cons> need maintenance We also requested for late checkout so instead of 10 we checked out at 11 🙂 we also kept our luggage in clock room as we had spare time before our train Overall I liked the hotel
