My stay at Gaylord Hotel in Ooty was decent overall. The location is convenient and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was comfortable enough for a short visit. That said, the hotel does feel a bit dated in certain areas, and some of the facilities could benefit from better maintenance and modernization. The overall experience was neither exceptional nor disappointing—it met basic expectations but didn't leave a lasting impression. It's a reasonable option if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay, but don't expect a luxury experience.

The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout the stay. The service was good, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The location was convenient, and the hotel offered good value for money. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Hotel Gaylord and would be happy to stay here again.
