All are good.Near by railway station and Bus stand and middle in the city rooms are good staff are talking politely . Also he arranged cab to travel bus also available hotel food also good ... everything is good We are happy to stay there ..thank you gaylord team and owner...

Had a wonderful stay here in Ooty! The room was very clean and comfortable. The ambience was calm and perfect for a relaxing trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and really food's are best.Highly recommend this place for couples and families!
