My stay at Gaylord Hotel in Ooty was decent overall. The location is convenient and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was comfortable enough for a short visit. That said, the hotel does feel a bit dated in certain areas, and some of the facilities could benefit from better maintenance and modernization. The overall experience was neither exceptional nor disappointing—it met basic expectations but didn't leave a lasting impression. It's a reasonable option if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay, but don't expect a luxury experience.
All are good.Near by railway station and Bus stand and middle in the city rooms are good staff are talking politely . Also he arranged cab to travel bus also available hotel food also good ... everything is good We are happy to stay there ..thank you gaylord team and owner...
