Hotel is good, but cleanliness needs improvement. Check-in experience was smooth. However, the room was not up to the mark.

The checkin experience at the hotel was very smooth and hassle-free. The staff was courteous and helpful. However, the room was average and could have been better maintained. The food served at the hotel was decent, but there was room for improvement in terms of taste and variety. Overall, a satisfactory stay.
