We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Cruz from 5th to 8th Feb.2026. We encountered a major issue upon arrival because our rooms weren't confirmed by FabHotels, but Mr. Niyam went completely out of his way to assist us and resolve the situation. His hospitality and effort turned a stressful moment into a great experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Because of the excellent service, we are 100% staying here again on our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and hospitable place to stay

The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. The food was fresh, well prepared, and flavorful, with good portion sizes and timely service.
