⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Hotel Sai Cruz Royale during our all-women trip to Mumbai. As a group of all women, Safety was one of our primary concerns, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would especially like to acknowledge Mr. Sunny Singh, Ms. Apurva, and the entire hospitality team for their warm support and service. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its location. Situated in a very safe area and within walking distance of Santacruz Railway Station, it offers convenience for travel. Even when returning late at night, we felt completely safe. For anyone seeking a clean, safe, and comfortable stay in Mumbai, especially women and families, we highly recommend Hotel Sai Cruz Royale. We would certainly choose to stay here again on our next visit.

I had a truly fantabulous stay at Hotel Sai Cruz Royale Santacruz! From the moment I checked in until the time I left, everything exceeded my expectations. A very special mention to Mr. Sunny, who went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. His warm hospitality, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was extremely polite, courteous, and always ready to assist.
