Firstly I bought the room for a single day thinking that if the hotel will be good I'll continue for the next 3 days. The conclusion is i extended it for 3 days as this hotel is best in Santacruz West and I would rather prefer staying here rather than living in those exorbitant and inferior services juhu hotels with the price point Fab hotel cruz royale is offering. The hotel, food, amenities, hotel reception persons and food service persons, locality, proximity to the beach, accessibility to everything is here. Every staff in the hotel is cooperative,well behaved, polite, ready to help. Each of the reception person Niyamji, Vijayji( I can recall few names only), but everyone is best. Vijayji and niyam ji went above and beyond to help me arrange a room on my last day even though hotel was almost completely booked for wedding, as I requested them I want to continue their hotel for a single day only. I would give them 11/10 on every thing. About the hotel room- the room was clean, no insects, no cockroaches nothing,no issue at all and the food they served was best.

Our recent family stay at this hotel was truly delightful. We were highly impressed with every aspect of our experience. The rooms and washrooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. We stayed in Room No. 203, which had two comfortable beds—perfectly accommodating our family with two children. The room service was excellent; a quick call to reception was all it took for prompt and efficient assistance. The entire staff—from the security personnel to the manager—was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and always eager to help. A special mention to Mr. Apoorva, who went above and beyond to assist us and extended his support even after our checkout. His professionalism and hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended for families seeking comfort, cleanliness, and great service.
