The location of the hotel was absolutely superb! It was in the heart of the city and easily accessible to all major attractions. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel provided a unsatisfactory check-in experience, although there were some delays. The room was clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities. However, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. They ask for extra charges, they didn't accept online payment.
