Mr. Jose was very kind to us and helped us when we needed even with things not included in the price (which was very good considering the room and location). The place is quiet and beautiful, right on the water. Those who are particularly sensitive to mosquitoes may enjoy it less, it didn't bother me. Another disadvantage is the location, which is a bit far from the beaches and the heart of the city. But there are many shops around and things are generally accessible.
