Can I get a Contact Number of the Hotel for booking a Room?
The kitchen closes by 10 pm. I think they can keep it open till 10:30 at least. The service team is good, but needs to be soft skill trained. Food test is good, soup quantity should be increased by at least 20% The breakfast buffet layout needs more attention from a positive minded hospitality minded person. Idli preparation ( ingredients) method needs to be learned properly TO MAKE IT SOFT. The other food items are good. IDLI SHOULD BE SERVED IN THE BREAKFAST. SHOULD NOT STOP SERVING BECAUSE OF THIS FEED BACK But, it's a good property, roof top restaurant is good. THEY DON'T SERVE pork 😞. Thali is served only during lunch. Should be available in dinner too for guests staying in hotel rooms, as they will get HOME LIKE FOOD during their stay, which is very important to stay fit. I loved it Service Boys are really nice. Management MUST retain them. Overall my experience was good and will love to stay once again. All the best Hotel Sonar Gaon.
