Despite my low ratings for the check-in experience, food, and location, I must say that the overall experience at this hotel was quite pleasant. The comfortable stay and the excellent service provided by the staff made up for the initial setbacks. Despite the minor hiccups, the hotel managed to create a decent experience for its guests.
