The check-in experience was average and the location was not very convenient, but the amenities provided at the hotel were satisfactory. Overall, I would still rate this hotel 5 stars because the service and facilities offered made up for the drawbacks.

Excellent stay! The room was very comfortable and well-maintained. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Truly a five-star experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!
