I recently stayed at an OYO Flagship property and had a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities like AC, TV, and WiFi. The staff was polite and cooperative, always ready to help whenever needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby markets and transport. The hotel also maintained good hygiene standards, which added to the comfort of my stay. Overall, OYO Flagship offers great value for money with decent facilities and reliable service. Perfect for both short and long stays.

We gave keys in morning for room service on our 2nd day stay but we were surprised to see that room was not serviced even till we returned in evening. Post that we had to continuosly follow up with the hotel staff to get our room serviced. The receptionist was not ready to accept thier mistake and on top of it was showing us her bad attitude and arrogance. We had booked extras mattress in our original booking but we got the mattress at late night after many follow-ups. Overall the service was very bad and disgusting.
