CHECKIN EXPERIENCE: The check-in experience could have been better, but overall, it was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the process was a bit slow. The check-in experience was impeccable, smooth and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. However, the food was a huge disappointment. Overall, a great hotel with fantastic check-in and cleanliness, but the food needs major improvement.
