My stay at Hotel Grand Inn was truly excellent. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Their hospitality is one of the biggest highlights of this hotel — polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the washrooms were clean, and all amenities worked perfectly. The overall atmosphere felt safe and peaceful, which made the stay even better. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby shops. Room service was quick, and the food quality was surprisingly good for the price. Overall, Hotel Grand Inn is a fantastic place to stay — clean rooms, great service, and excellent value. I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
