I stayed at the Grand Plazza Hotel on the 8th of this month and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was well-maintained, and the hospitality was truly commendable. A special mention to Mani at the reception — he is a very polite and welcoming person, providing excellent customer service from the moment of check-in. The complimentary breakfast was good, with a decent variety of items, and the food quality was satisfying. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable, making my stay relaxing. Overall, I had a very good experience with this accommodation and would recommend it to others visiting Coimbatore.
It's been 2 years am visiting regularly each and every month. Now after customer feedback they have renovate the second floor which is too good. Free breakfast with plenty of options u can get all varieties of egg for breakfast and all non veg items for lunch and dinner. They serve at room at any time
