The check-in experience at the hotel was not up to the mark. It took longer than expected and the staff seemed unorganized. The food provided was extremely disappointing. The taste and quality were below average. The amenities offered were also quite disappointing. The gym was poorly equipped and the pool was not well-maintained. Overall, I was disappointed with these aspects of the hotel despite its overall 4-star rating.

The hotel provides a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and great amenities. However, the check-in experience and cleanliness need improvement. The staff could be more attentive and the rooms could be cleaner. Overall, the hotel has the potential to be even better with some small improvements.
