The check-in experience at the hotel was not up to the mark. It took longer than expected and the staff seemed unorganized. The food provided was extremely disappointing. The taste and quality were below average. The amenities offered were also quite disappointing. The gym was poorly equipped and the pool was not well-maintained. Overall, I was disappointed with these aspects of the hotel despite its overall 4-star rating.

The check-in experience at the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and quick process. They made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Overall, it was a positive start to my stay.
