The checkin experience was smooth and the staff were helpful. The food was delicious and offered a variety of options. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay.
The location of the hotel is very helpful. Gariahat market is just in walking distance and also the auto and buses are available near the hotel. All the staffs are very cooperative. Although the experience for the room is not so good. Bad smell is coming out from the bathroom perhaps from the suage and one geyser was not working in one of our booked room. Overall it's a good experience.
