Room: 5/5 The room was absolutely delightful with elegant decor and comfortable furnishings. It provided a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Staff: 4/5 The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. However, at times the response time could have been quicker. Check-in experience: 4/5 The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk were accommodating and ensured that all necessary information was provided. The only drawback was a slight delay in getting the room key.
