⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Overall, we had a good stay at Palette Irayos Resort. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and comfortable, and the staff was extremely humble and helpful—from the front desk to the service team, everyone was very courteous. A few areas can be improved: the swimming pool was not operational, and the food was a bit overpriced compared to the taste. Also, the variety of food available was quite limited, so having more options on the menu would improve the dining experience. It would also be helpful if booking platforms like MakeMyTrip mentioned the exact location more accurately. The room doors and windows could also offer better soundproofing and privacy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great hospitality and good value for money.
Place is nice but should be more maintained. No proper room maintenance during rain we faced leakage on floor and also on bed. Had electric and water issue. Food cost is too much, bread butter nd one coffee costed us Rs385!!!! But staff was helpful. Manger (Chandrashekar ) helped us in all these problems. Costing is low of rooms but quality is also low. Advised to have good maintenance coz place is nice nd big.
