Then at night 2 huge cockroaches shows up from inside my bed headboard and on my bathroom towel. When I called to tell them the issue they did not let me change my room at night and they did not even come to help. The was part was when I told them the problem. They just said that they didn’t care and cut the call on my face. Absolutely, no manners. Could not sleep the whole night and I hope no one ever has this experience again. The worst ever.
