The check-in experience, location, and amenities at this hotel were not up to par. Despite the shortcomings, I must say that the hotel overall was decent and provided a satisfactory stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Improvement is needed in these areas to match the high standards set by other 4-star hotels.

The check-in experience at this hotel was absolutely brilliant! The staff was efficient and friendly. However, I must admit that the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. The room itself was comfortable, but could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
