The biggest advantage of this hotel is its **excellent location** — it is very close to the **Punjagutta Metro Station**, which makes commuting around Hyderabad extremely easy. Whether you’re traveling for work, shopping, or sightseeing, this location adds great value to your stay. The room pricing is also very reasonable. A **Non-AC room costs ₹1500**, and an **AC room is ₹1700**, which is quite fair considering the location and the amenities provided. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for both solo travelers and couples. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are kept hygienic with regular cleaning.
