Oyo customer service is good l, but hotel is not good, washroom flush is not working, water is not available, no towel available, no dustbin in the room, gyser in not working, rude staff, never booked this hotel

The location was perfect.all the needs of daily were very near to the location. All the facilities were good except bedroom.
