No, I do not assume everyone is like me. But there are many out there like me, roadies. You're assuming everyone is like you! I don't stay in motels for pleasure. I stay out of necessity. The places I stay in, you wouldn't even consider staying at, so why would I write a review trying to convince you otherwise? I'm finding TA less and less useful because I'm not finding out the information I need. Take for example... Cave City, KY where I recently stayed. Goodnight Inn - Be the first to review this hotel Masters Inn Cave City - Be the first to review this hotel Countryside Inn - Be the first to review this hotel Star Motel - Not listed on TA Holiday Motel - Not listed on TA Caveland Motel - Not listed on TA Travel Inn Motel - Not listed on TA I ended up staying at the Days Inn simply because it was late and I didn't want to waste time driving around looking at these places in the dark. Oh, and I did write a review on the Days Inn.. but it was rejected.. saying Thank you for taking the time to write a review of Days Inn Cave City on TripAdvisor. We're sorry, but we won't be able to accept this review as written. TripAdvisor accepts reviews that describe your first-hand experiences with the facilities or services of an establishment. General discussion that does not describe a substantial experience or that does not contain enough relevant information about the establishment will not be posted. Here is what I wrote. Room and rate was OK but WiFi in room 125 was non-existent. I had specifically asked if they had good internet. I made the mistake of carrying all my stuff in before checking WiFi and was too tired to move rooms. I guess if first-hand experiences aren't flowery, they get rejected now, so why bother?

Good at all
