The check-in experience at the hotel was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and efficient. However, the cleanliness of the hotel wasn't up to the mark. The amenities provided were very basic and disappointing. Overall, a decent stay but room for improvement in cleanliness and amenities.

The check-in experience at this hotel was fabulous, with welcoming staff and quick service. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Overall, a perfect stay!
