Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Overall, my stay was comfortable and the hotel staff was polite, helpful. I appreciate their support throughout my stay. I would like to inform for upcoming to any new customer. My booking on Goibibo clearly mentioned that breakfast was included, but when I reached the hotel, the staff informed me that breakfast was not available under my booking. I understand this was not the fault of the hotel staff; it seems to be an issue with the information provided during booking. My request to Goibibo is to please avoid showing services or facilities that cannot actually be provided. This creates confusion and inconvenience for customers as well as for the hotel staff. Thank you.
Absolutely delighted with my stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean, located in a prime area, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Truly a perfect experience. Highly recommend to all travellers!
