My recent stay at Collection O 30049 Beta Plaza was a very pleasant and practical experience. This hotel is a solid 4-star option, especially for business travelers or anyone looking for clean, comfortable, and no-fuss accommodation in Greater Noida. While it's not a luxury resort, it delivers great value and has some real high points. The room itself was the highlight. It was clean, spacious, and everything felt well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge relief during the warm weather. The bed was comfortable, and I had no issues getting a good night's sleep. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping things tidy during my stay. The staff here truly deserves praise. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. I had a small request regarding an extra towel, and it was handled promptly and with a smile. Their cooperative attitude made the overall experience much better. The location is quite unique, situated on the 4th floor of the Beta Plaza complex. This is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it’s super convenient to have a Jio Mart and other shops just an elevator ride away for quick necessities. On the other hand, the commercial atmosphere isn't what you'd expect from a traditional hotel setting, and the surroundings can feel a bit basic. However, once you're inside the hotel itself, it's very quiet and private. The in-house restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty, and the service was efficient. It’s a reliable option if you don’t feel like venturing out for a meal. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the overall ambiance is more functional than luxurious. Some of the common areas could use a bit of an update to match the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. That said, for the price point, it’s an excellent deal. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who prioritizes cleanliness, friendly service, and value for money over lavish amenities. I would definitely consider staying here again for my next trip to Greater Noida.
