I had booked multiple rooms at Sesha Grand Hotel, KPHB for a family function, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When our plans suddenly changed, the hotel team went out of their way to offer a free reschedule, which is something very few hotels are willing to do. Their flexibility and customer-first approach really stood out. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, a great stay and a very professional management team — highly recommend Sesha Grand for anyone planning group stays or events in the area.
