Our Stay Was Ruined by Neglect and Filth We booked this hotel based on what seemed like pleasant photos, but were shocked by what we found. The Century Hotel is a shadow of its former self and is not being maintained at all. The entire property was dirty, but the worst part was the cockroach infestation in our room. It's clear no one is cleaning or taking care of the place, especially when you see weeds growing inside. It was a miserable experience that made us feel unsafe and disgusted.
