I stayed in this particular property for a span of 5 days or so some years back in 2023 ; I have always been a solo tripper from WEST BENGAL and their hotel staffs took special care about my convenience and inconvenience while staying at their property ; room was according to my satisfaction @ a very reasonable rate during that time but one inconvenient issue that I had to face was it was overcrowded with baby cockroaches ; food was really tasty and delicious but as their restaurant had only non-veg cuisine it became a bit tough for me to digest them for 5 days continuously ; but after narrating my problem to the hotel manager he quickly solved it out by advising me to go and have my meals at the nearby locality where they had only pure veg restaurants ; behaviour , service and co-operation were at the top notch ; I will definitely advice the middle class tourists to Bikaner, Rajasthan to board at this hotel as it has the capability to serve them according to their requirements (but that too upto a certain limit ; don't let your expectations go beyond your reach) .
