Had a very good stay at this hotel. The receptionist was helpful and courteous, he gave us the hotel card and the hotel contact number in case we need anything. The room was neat and clean, and the AC was working properly. Basic amenities such as soap, drinking water, and towels were provided. Hot water was available at all times, and the TV was in good working condition. A special mention to Bimal from the housekeeping staff for his excellent service. Even during the rain, he arranged dinner for us and thoughtfully provided plates without us having to ask. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and it was definitely worth the price. Thank you for the great hospitality! 😊
