I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was genuinely fantastic. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The TV in the room actually worked perfectly, which is a rare treat. They had a phone in the room to easily contact reception if needed, and an in-house restaurant was just steps away, right next to my room, which made grabbing a meal super easy. On top of that, the hotel’s location was central, with everything, restaurants, transportation close by. Honestly, everything was pretty much perfect!
Stayed at Edassery, Kalamassery and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the service was quick and professional. The location is also very convenient with easy access to nearby places. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay — would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
