I stayed at this hotel in April 2025, and honestly, my experience was excellent. Everything about the hotel was impressive—the location, cleanliness, room quality, and overall facilities were all top-notch. The environment felt comfortable and welcoming, and the staff was very professional and polite. I would especially like to mention one staff member, Mr. Tiwari. His behavior was extremely kind, helpful, and respectful. He took care of every small need and was always ready to assist with a positive attitude. Because of him, my stay became even more memorable. I would like to make a special request to the hotel management: please never remove such a hardworking and dedicated staff member. Employees like Mr. Tiwari are a valuable asset to any hotel. Overall, the hotel is outstanding in every way, and I would definitely love to visit again. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
