I made an advance booking, but the payment got stuck. Then next day during check-in I paid them the full amount in cash. The guy in the reception gave his contact number to me and told if the pending amount comes up he would pay back to me. Very next day when I got a notification that the stuck amount has been released to the beneficiary account. Probably the person's name is Uday Kumar Singh, he is very humble guy. I called him and asked him to pay the amount back to me as I already paid him in cash. After some follow up calls he paid back that amount to me with honesty. I appreciate his honesty. Stay was good. The price was moderate. Did not charge too much. I can recommend this hotel to others. Staff behaviour was good.
