So they gave me room 302 first despite telling them that I had issues with ventilation. On repeatedly telling them they gave me a better room. There is this girl at the reception who is very rude. She thinks she speaks professionally but she sounds very rude and didn't help. Kept promising things will be done but nothing was done. The new room 402 was good. I was satisfied with the room but they hadn't cleaned the room in ages but despite that the room was big spacious and good overall. Totally recommend the bigger rooms at this hotel.
The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Even though check-in experience, food, and location received a 3-star rating from me, their service and cleanliness were outstanding. The staff was courteous and efficient, ensuring my stay was comfortable. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, making it a memorable experience overall.
