I had been a loyal and quite an Old Customer with since it’s inception. Current situation is pathetic. OYO deals with unacceptable properties and insist the agent to go for spot booking and payment, then the real game starts. To a customers’ surprise they find that they are being duped in various ways. 1. Hidden Charges 2. Early Checkin fallacies 3. Terrible mismatch of Rooms and amenities. 4. Non contactable 5. Harrassment 6. Misbehaviour Just to point a few...
Great location, really good customer service, hotel has proper character, especially the rooms (we had 4 poster superior room). To put things in perspective, stupid people will stay in an old building, suited for non materialistic customers, and then expect a modern Hilton modern room and interior.
