OYO deals with unacceptable properties and insist the agent to go for spot booking and payment, then the real game starts. Great location, really good customer service, hotel has proper character, especially the rooms (we had 4 poster superior room). To put things in perspective, stupid people will stay in an old building, suited for non materialistic customers, and then expect a modern Hilton modern room and interior.
