The staff was polite and helpful. However, upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell. The kitchen service was not available at midnight, and towels were not provided in the room. These issues affected the overall comfort of my stay and could be improved for a better guest experience.

Everything was quite good, but bed was not up to the mark the used 2 different different mattress so it was bit uncomfortable.
