can't find hotel. Disappointed response from executive, they can't connect hotel manager. They can't shift me to another hotel because property manager not contactable. At the end refund will take 7-14 working days. And now they are asking me how was my experience in this hotel. wow!!! Don't know when I will get my refund?? Still waiting.... I have call recording of your executive.
