The hotel is well maintained and is in a quiet place. Construction is still going on. The staff is hospitable. They helped with arranging local sightseeing with Toto. Few things to remember when you select this hotel. There is no restaurant so food service is not existent. They have some sort of tie-up with another hotel from where they get food. Food is ok. Nothing to great. However, service is slow because of that. Anything you order including tea takes time since they have to get it from outside. There is no kitchen here. Good thing is they allow you to order from Swiggy & Zomato. Also keep some snaks with you. Breakfast and tea is served very late which is around 9am. And the hotel is located in kind of a desolate area. So it very peaceful but also no nearby stores from where you can get tea or food. And it's located on the outskirts of town so you need to use transportation to get to the city. One thing the staff needs to improve on is their response. Dirty plates are left outside on corridors for a day without anyone cleaning it. Even plates, spoons etc are limited few. We had to purchase plastic ones along with paper plates to make do. Also remember that the staff is not available or reachable whole night until 8am next. So be prepared for that
