I had a fantastic check-in experience at this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was a bit disappointing. On the other hand, the room exceeded my expectations. Overall, I give it a 5-star rating for the excellent check-in and room experience.

The checkin experience was incredibly smooth, the staff were polite and efficient. The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the major attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was exceptional. Overall, a fantastic experience!
