Hotel was 1km away from railway station , we reached the hotel by walk only . 1. Hotel was not the main road , it was inside a lane , which is a residential area ( It was the best pro to book this hotel , as there is no noise pollution ) 2. Hotel staff was very kind hearted and polite , they allowed me to check in , into the hotel 1 hour earlier without any additional check-in fee 3. They provided 2 soaps , 1 towel and blanket all are fresh and clean , Room was very clean and well maintained by the property manager . 4. Cleanliness is the main motto of this hotel . 5. AC is working fine 6. There is no geyser , but Hot water is available 24/7 through mixer set available in the bathroom . Just rotate red colored tap of mixer set 7 . TV is also available and working fine 8. Bathroom is very clean , It is the same as maintained in our home . 9. Received Dutiful welcome at reception end. Room was already ready before arrival. cleanliness of room and sanitation of wash rooms are upto the mark. Corridor found neat and clean. Room service was good. Behaviour of staffs are well mannered. All amenities mentioned are available and in well working condition. Experienced a delightful stay at SSG residence.
